 Evaluation

The task was to make a  second film for Depict. Our idea was a war but we'd replace the guns with Nerf guns.
We took inspiration from different war films, and different action scenes from various different films, because we wanted to shoot out film similarly to them.
We had to do a lot of planning before we filmed it, we had to write a scene-by-scene, and a story board, we also had to risk asses all of the locations and props we used, and we had to scout out the different locations we filmed in.
Our finished work reflects our planning very well, although it didn't look exactly how we wanted it to, although it was properly close.
For the filming we didn't use the ammo belt we planned to, we decided not to use it because it wasn't very secure and it would have been very inconvenient to film with.
I The the most successful part of the project was the sound effects and the music we added, I believe they fit very well.
If we were to do it again I wouldn't try to film when it's raining because it's very likely that none of the footage would be usable because of rain on the lens.
Personally I enjoyed the editing most because it was very fulfilling to see the project come together.
Personally I didn't enjoy the part were we had to film in the rain because it was very uncomfortable, and we ended up using none of the footage.
The class thought that our project was filmed very well, the visual and audio effects very very good. They also suggested some improvements, for example, the ending effect looked a bit out of place, and some of the cuts were jumpy.
